Operating fairly with the skill level at each part of the process, the Beigh Family pays a fair wage for the work provided. Working with pure Kashmiri Pashmina, all steps of this process are done by hand, to create the finest, softest cashmere available today. They may work with 13 different families who do the weaving, but a total of 42 families are members of this collective and each are specialist in that particular craft of the pashmina making process; shepherds, spinners, dyers and weavers, to name a few.
